1. What this means
Some software, payment and hardware providers run partner or referral programs. When a business we work with signs up through our referral, the provider may pay Klusa a referral fee, a share of payment-processing revenue, or a partner discount.
2. Our rules
- Fit comes first. We recommend the tool that best fits your business, whether or not we earn anything from it.
- We tell you. Before you sign up, we tell you whether a referral arrangement applies to a tool we recommend.
- Your choice. You are always free to choose another provider, and we will still set it up for you.
- No hidden markup. Referral arrangements do not add to what you pay the provider, unless we tell you otherwise in writing.
