1. Our commitment
Klusa Holdings Inc. is committed to providing its services in a way that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities, in line with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and its Integrated Accessibility Standards.
2. Our website
We design and test this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That includes:
- full keyboard navigation and a “skip to content” link;
- colour contrast that meets AA levels in light and dark mode;
- text that can be enlarged to 200% without losing content;
- clear labels, instructions and error messages on forms;
- text alternatives for meaningful images; and
- reduced motion when your device asks for it.
If anything on the website is hard to use, please tell us. We will provide the information in another format.
3. Accessible customer service
- Assistive devices: you are welcome to use your own assistive devices when dealing with us.
- Service animals: service animals are welcome wherever we serve the public, unless excluded by law.
- Support persons: you may bring a support person, and they will not be charged for any service.
- Disruptions: if a facility or service we provide is temporarily unavailable, we will post notice and offer alternatives.
- Training: our staff are trained on accessible customer service.
4. Accessible formats and communication supports
On request, we will provide information, quotes, agreements and policies in an accessible format or with communication supports, in a timely way and at no extra cost.
5. Accessible hiring
We tell job applicants that accommodation is available throughout recruitment, assessment and placement, and we consult with applicants who request it. See equal opportunity & accommodation.
6. Feedback
We welcome feedback on accessibility. Email [email protected], or use our contact form. We will acknowledge feedback within two business days and tell you what we will do about it.
