How we screen
Ready for your site on day one.
Every worker is interviewed and reference-checked, and we confirm they can legally work in Canada. For construction roles we also check:
- Working at Heights training where the job requires it
- WHMIS training
- CSA-approved boots, hard hat and high-visibility gear
- Traffic control training for flagging roles
- Driver’s licence and transportation where needed
Klusa supplies labourers and trades helpers. Work that legally requires a licensed tradesperson is done by your licensed trades, not by our labour crews.

Do your workers bring their own safety gear?
Workers arrive with their own personal safety boots and basic gear. Your site provides any specialized protective equipment and the site-specific training your job needs.
Can you supply licensed tradespeople?
We focus on labourers and trades helpers. For licensed trade work, we can discuss a permanent placement search for your company.
How is pricing set?
You pay an hourly rate for each worker’s approved hours. It covers their wages, statutory costs, workplace insurance and our service. We quote it for your roles before anything starts, with no hidden fees.
