Questions
Job seeker FAQ
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Klusa never charges job seekers any fee: not to apply, be placed, or get help with a résumé or interview.
How and when do I get paid?
Klusa pays you directly by direct deposit, on a regular pay schedule we confirm when you sign on. You’ll receive a pay stub showing your hours and deductions.
Can I choose my shifts?
Yes. Tell us your availability and the kind of work you want. You can accept or decline the shifts we offer.
Can a temporary job become permanent?
Often, yes. Employers are free to hire you directly, and under Ontario law an agency can’t stop that from happening.
Do I need experience?
Not always. Many general labour, kitchen and event roles welcome reliable people who are ready to learn. Certifications help for some roles.
Do I need my own safety gear?
For warehouse and construction roles you’ll need CSA-approved safety boots. We’ll tell you exactly what each assignment requires before you accept it.
How do you protect my information?
We collect only what we need to find you work and to employ you, and we keep it secure. Read our applicant privacy notice.
