For employers

Get the right people on site, without the hiring work.

Tell us the role, the shift and the start date. We’ll send a free quote, then supply screened workers and handle their pay, deductions and paperwork.

  • Safety orientation and clear expectations before the first shift
  • Background checks where a role requires it, with the worker’s consent

Employer questions

What employers ask us

How quickly can you fill a role?

It depends on the role, the number of people and the shift. We’ll give you a realistic timeline with your quote, and we’re upfront when a request will take longer.

How is pricing set?

You pay an hourly rate for each worker’s approved hours. It covers their wages, statutory deductions, workplace insurance and our service. Permanent placements have a one-time fee instead. Everything is quoted in writing before work begins.

Can I hire a temporary worker permanently?

Yes. We’re glad when it happens. Any conversion terms are set out in your agreement before the assignment starts, and they follow Ontario’s rules for temporary help agencies.

What if a worker isn’t the right fit?

Tell us as soon as possible. We’ll talk it through and work to find a replacement quickly.

Who is responsible for safety?

Both of us. Klusa provides general safety orientation and checks certifications. You provide site-specific training, equipment and supervision, as Ontario’s Occupational Health and Safety Act requires of every workplace.

Is there a minimum booking?

Minimum shift lengths and booking sizes depend on the role and location. We’ll confirm them in your quote.
