What does Klusa do?
Klusa Holdings Inc. runs two divisions. Klusa Workforce supplies temporary, temp-to-hire and permanent staff. Klusa Business Solutions sets up and supports point-of-sale, booking and website systems for small businesses.
Where are you located?
We’re based in Thunder Bay, Ontario, and serve communities across Northwestern Ontario.
Why don’t you publish prices?
Because every request is different. A price list would either overcharge simple jobs or hide costs on complex ones. Instead, we send a free, itemized quote for your exact needs.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. Quotes are free and come with no obligation. Nothing starts until you approve it in writing.
For employers
What staffing options do you offer?
Temporary and seasonal staffing, temp-to-hire, permanent placement, and crews for events and projects.
Who employs the workers you supply?
Klusa does. As the employer of record, we pay workers directly and handle deductions, remittances, workplace insurance and records. You direct the work on your site.
How is staffing priced?
An hourly rate per worker for approved hours, covering wages, statutory costs, workplace insurance and our service. Permanent placements have a one-time fee. Everything is quoted first.
Can I hire a worker permanently?
Yes. Any conversion terms are set out in your agreement and follow Ontario’s rules for temporary help agencies.
For job seekers
Does it cost anything to apply?
No. Klusa never charges job seekers a fee to apply, be placed, or get help with a résumé or interview.
How do I get paid?
By direct deposit from Klusa, on a regular schedule, with a pay stub showing your hours and deductions.
What kind of jobs do you offer?
Warehouse and light industrial, hospitality and events, and construction and trades labour roles.
Can I turn down a shift?
Yes. You choose which shifts and assignments to accept.
Business Solutions
What systems do you set up?
Point of sale (such as Square and Shopify), online booking (such as Acuity, Square Appointments and Jane), websites, email and domains, plus growth tools like automated Google review requests.
Who owns the accounts and hardware?
You do. Accounts are opened and hardware is bought in your business’s name.
Do you earn referral fees?
Sometimes, from software providers. We disclose it and it never changes our recommendation. See our partner disclosure.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes, through optional monthly support plans quoted up front.
